Resepi makanan diet....

Atas permintaan sahabat diet, maka aku up entri khas resepi khusus untuk makanan sihat...
makanan yg kurang minyak, kurang garam dan yang penting fresh


Ikan siakap stim

Actually kedua2 masakan nih menggunakan resepi yg sama...

Bahan-bahan seekor ikan besar atau 3 ekor ketam
  • 2 biji bawang cina (dihiris)
  • 3 ulas bawang putih (dihiris)
  • 2 batang serai (dihiris)
  • 2 inci halia (dihiris)
  • sebiji buah tomato yang dibelah menjadi 8
  • 1 sudu kecil garam
  • 3 biji asam boi warna putih (dihiris isinya)
  • sebiji limau nipis (ambil airnya)
Cara-cara
  1. Bersihkan ikan /ketam dan . basuh bersih sebelum diletakkan dalam pinggan untuk dikukus.
  2. semua bahan2 dihiris. selepas itu, ditabur di atas pinggan yang berisi ikan/ ketam tadi. taburkan garam dan juga air limau nipis. letakkan tomato yg telah dibelah ke atas ikan/ketam tersebut
  3. panaskan pengukus sehingga air mendidih. selepas itu boleh mula mengukus  selama 20 minit atau sehingga ia masak.
  4. siap utuk dihidangkan. makan dengan nasi panas... sedappppp
Udang Bakar berempah


Bahan-bahan ( 4-5 orang )

  • 1/2kg udang (saiz sederhana)
  • 7 biji bawang kecik*
  • 5 ulas bawang putih* 
  • 2-3 inci halia*
  • 5 sudu makan madu
  • sedikit serbuk lada hitam
  • sedikit garam (ikut selera lidah masing2)
  • sedikit serbuk kunyit

Cara-cara

  1. untuk membuat bahan perap:
  2. kisar bahan2 yg b'tanda * sehingga halus (kalau rajin, tumbuk dgn lesung batu, lg sedappppp)
  3. Tuangkan bahan2 kisar ke dlm mangkuk besar. kemudian, tambahkan madu, serbuk lada hitam, serbuk kunyit dan garam. Gaul sebati
  4. masukkan udang yg dh dicuci ke dalam bahan2 perap dan perapkan semalaman (lg lama perap lg sedap)
  5. udang sedia utk bakar (boleh dibakar terus atas api, boleh dibalut dengan daun pisang, aluminium foil, atau daun kunyit)
  6. Dah masak sedia untuk dimakan

Bahan-bahan ( 4 orang )

  • 6 cawan air
  • 2 inci lengkuas (diketuk)
  • 2 batang serai (diketuk)
  • 1 labu bawang besar
  • 5 helai daun limau purut
  • 300 gram udang
  • 5 biji limau nipis
  • cendawan tiram (ikut suka)
  • 10 biji cili api (belah dua)
  • garam dan gula secukup rasa

Cara-cara

  1. Masukkan air, lengkuas, serai, bawang besar & daun limau kedalam periuk. Jerangkan atas api sampai mendidih.
  2. Kemudian masukkan udang dan perahan air limau. Jangan dikacau sehingga udang berubah warna.
  3. Kemudian masukkan pula cendawan dan cili api. Perasakan dengan garam dan sedikit gula.
  4. Sedia dihidang.

bahan2
1. Sebiji mangga muda dipotong halus
2. Sebiji buah tomato segar di potong dadu (buang empulurnya)
3. sebiji bawang holland di potong dadu
4. 10 biji cili padi
5. garam, gula dan kerisik secukup rasa

sedia untuk di makan...nak lagi feel simpan dalam peti sejuk jap
